Regular online Virtual Reality meditation classes run by Robert Mitchell of the 2020 Meditation Project and Bromley Mindfulness in collaboration with Teooh.com, the leaders in virtual events.
All you need is a laptop or PC running the latest version of Windows10 or MacOS.
According to Wikipedia, Virtual reality (VR) is a simulated experience that can be similar to or completely different from the real world. Applications of virtual reality can include entertainment (i.e. gaming) and educational purposes.
Teeoh are the leaders in virtual events software. A visit to a Teeoh event brings you into an avatar-based, virtual event platform. The avatars are three dimensional characters that you can select from a 'wardrobe' of body sizes, clothing, hair and accessory options.
The events are held in virtual events spaces and there is a real sense of being in a group, with others, attending an event.
To attend the event you will need a laptop or desktop computer running a recent version of Windows 10 or MacOS.
You can also connect a VR headset if you have one though the experience is quite excellent without that.
You can check out the Teeoh website for more information.
To register for one of our events, at the moment, you need to be a regular student of Robert's but soon we shall be opening the events to everyone. Join our mailing list to learn more.
