In the same way That 20/20 vision provides clarity of sight, the 2020 Meditation Project will give you clarity in your meditations themselves and in your growing meditation practice. 


2020 Meditation is a roadmap designed to help to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be.


We are replacing the confusion of the online meditation marketplace with clear personalised advice and guidance, and all the tools you need, to help you to progress on your meditation journey.

Our Training

Our training uses a new and unique blended and adaptive learning approach. 


Online

You can choose from our online training sessions, a library of meditations that you can access anywhere and at any time and one-to one meditation coaching.


In-Person

Offline we offer 6-week structured courses, our new 'mindfulness-based resilience course in a weekend', zero commitment drop-in classes, regular one day training sessions, workshops and day retreats.

About Robert

I am Robert Mitchell. I have been teaching meditation and mindfulness since I founded Bromley Mindfulness in 2013. Since then, I have taught over 5,000 students of mindfulness and meditation in training sessions at classes, courses, retreats and workshops. 


I teach the general public and organisations of all kinds, global, national and local.


Bromley Mindfulness is the most well-known and established mindfulness training organisation serving Bromley, Beckenham, Orpington and the surrounding areas. it has built a natural presence through our active and engaged student community. This is a catchment area of over 1 million people.

I teach in organisations of all kinds. Local community organisations such as Age UK, the NHS through regular sessions at Darent Valley Hospital which have run since 2014. I also work with international businesses, some of which are household names, government regulators and top ten global law firms.
